Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Random Animal Generator. By accessing or using randomanimalgenerator.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Random Animal Generator is a browser-based web application for creating random hybrid creature prompts from animal body parts. The core prompt generator is free to use. Optional paid AI image credits let signed-in users turn completed creature prompts into AI-generated images.

Service Description

You may use Random Animal Generator for personal, educational, creative, and entertainment purposes. You may use generated prompts as inspiration for drawings, posts, stories, classroom activities, tabletop games, or other creative work.

The optional AI image feature uses third-party AI infrastructure, including Kie.ai and the model providers available through that service, to process prompts and return generated image results. Random Animal Generator provides a custom web interface and credit system; it is not a direct resale of any third-party API.

Accounts, Credits, and Payments

Some features, including AI image generation and credit purchases, require an account. Credit packs are one-time purchases shown on our Pricing page. Credits are attached to the account used at checkout and are spent when you generate an AI image from a completed 11-part random animal prompt.

Payments are processed by Creem. We do not ask you to enter payment card details directly on randomanimalgenerator.app. Order, payment, and billing information may be handled by Creem and its payment infrastructure partners according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Credit packs are not subscriptions. There is no recurring subscription to cancel for the current Starter and Creator credit packs.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the paid credit pack or if credits were purchased by mistake and have not been substantially used.

To request a refund, contact us at support@randomanimalgenerator.app from the email address associated with your account and include your order details. We will review and respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

If an AI image task fails before a usable task is created, we may automatically return the consumed credit or adjust your credit balance. Abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of these terms may make an order ineligible for refund.

Subscription Cancellation

The current paid products are one-time credit packs, so there is no subscription to cancel. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, users will be able to cancel from the billing area or by contacting support, and this section will be updated before those plans are offered.

Generated Prompts, AI Images, and User Creations

Random Animal Generator creates random combinations of animal-related words and creature parts. AI image results are generated from user-selected creature prompts and may vary in quality, style, or accuracy.

You are responsible for how you use, save, publish, or share generated prompts, AI images, and any artwork or content you create from them. We do not claim ownership of your original artwork, stories, classroom materials, or other creations made using the prompts.

Because random generation and AI generation can produce unexpected results, we do not guarantee that every result will be useful, accurate, appropriate for every audience, or suitable for a specific purpose.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Brands

The Random Animal Generator website, interface, branding, text, design, code, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the site or its underlying materials without permission, except where allowed by law.

Third-party names, references, platforms, models, or services mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Random Animal Generator is inspired by public drawing challenge formats and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to TikTok, Tuimiz, OpenAI, Kie.ai, Creem, or any other third-party brand unless expressly stated.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, adult, gambling, weapon-related, regulated, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
  • Use AI image generation to create NSFW content, adult content, nudity, pornography, explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive content, or content involving minors in unsafe or sexualized contexts.
  • Use AI image generation to create harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, violent, threatening, exploitative, deceptive, or illegal content.
  • Use AI image generation for face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, or misleading identity content.
  • Use AI image generation to create content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, reverse engineer, or bypass security protections on the site.
  • Use automated scraping, excessive requests, or other methods that harm site performance.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Random Animal Generator or any third-party service.
  • Resell access to the site, credits, generated outputs, or third-party services in a misleading or unauthorized way.

Your use of the site is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which gives more detail about prohibited AI image generation content and moderation rules.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account or use of the service violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, moderation requirements, or applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Random Animal Generator at any time. We may also update these terms when the service changes or when legal, operational, payment, or security needs require it.

Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Random Animal Generator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's location in Shenzhen, China, without regard to conflict of law rules.
